Don Pierson – Founder, President, COO

Don Pierson is the founder, President and COO at Flypaper Studio, Inc. where he is responsible for leading company operations. Pierson has two decades of experience in the interactive communications industry. In 2003, he founded Interactive Alchemy and as CEO drove a successful services business that fulfilled the communication and training needs of marquee clients including MetLife and United Airlines. Using the proceeds from the success of Interactive Alchemy, Pierson created a collaborative development tool called Catalyst. By 2006, Pierson identified a broader applicability for the Catalyst solution, and set out to develop what is now Flypaper. He holds a bachelor degree with honors in management from Arizona State University. Don is frequently asked to contribute articles to various publications. His most recent published article was "Bringing quality and affordable content to the party" for the inaugural edition of Digital Signage Solutions Magazine.

Pat Stoner – Vice President of Sales

Pat Stoner is vice president of sales, responsible for all aspects of business development and sales administration for Flypaper Studio, Inc. Stoner’s background includes a unique combination of sales and financial management experience, which empowered him to lead past organizations to dramatic increases in sales and profitability. As a result of his accomplishments, the Arizona Software & Internet Association (AZSoft.net) recognized Stoner as "Leader of the Year" in 2001. While president of Omega Legal Systems, Stoner’s organization received the prestigious "Company of the Year" award in 1999 by AZSoft.net. Stoner is an active member of the Arizona technology community, and was appointed to the Governor's Council on Innovation and Technology in January of 2003 and currently chairs the Technology Business Competitiveness Committee. He holds a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

Vincent Serpico - Vice President of Development

Vincent Serpico is vice president of development and joined Flypaper Studio at the beginning of 2005. He has been instrumental in the design, development and implementation of the Flypaper product and component architecture. Serpico has worked extensively in the information technology field for more than a decade. He has architected, designed and managed key projects for several corporations including TeleSoft, Inc., Apollo Group - University of Phoenix, Applied Financial Solutions and First American. In addition, he worked in the advertising and marketing sector for more than 5 years before his involvement in the technology industry. Serpico graduated Cum Laude with honors from Florida International University with a degree in Computer Science.

Jared Vishney – Vice President of Business Development

Jared Vishney is vice president of business development, responsible for the implementation and growth of the Flypaper partner program, as well as managing the company’s relationships with 3rd party organizations. Vishney brings more than 15 years of experience in digital media-related technologies and high-tech companies, including such leading organizations as Iomega, Silicon Graphics and miro Computer Products AG. Vishney has launched and managed several successful domestic and international partner programs and has an extensive background in sales, product management, marketing and channel management. His success to date is credited by his unique strengths in business acumen, technical expertise and creativity in bringing real-world solutions to bear on often complex and multi-dimensional challenges. Vishney holds a joint bachelor’s degree in economics and business from the University of California, Los Angeles.
